About Rese Pilates

For the past 20 years I have been involved in the world of fashion and exercise. I started my career after college as a department store buyer and went on to create my own sportswear company. Working out has always been an important way to connect to my body, release stress, stay balanced and keep my energy levels constant.

It was the combination of both interests that inspired me to create RESE (pronounced Ree See) Pilates, an activewear line that combines fashion with function.

I've always been attracted to the discipline of Pilates and have practiced it for many years. While trying to help a friend with a Pilates routine, I realized how difficult it was to maintain proper alignment while focusing on key muscle groups. Recognizing that the proper clothes could help women visually focus on key body parts, I designed a line that highlights those points: your core, ribcage, alignment, and breathing point. RESE Pilates was created to help women be more effective in whatever form of exercise they choose.

My clothes are made of the latest in technology with regard to wicking, control, and comfort. The styling is flattering - - longer tops that don't ride up. Great fitting pants that give control and freedom of movement. A longer jacket that you can throw on and wear all day.
